2. Assessment
1-4 weeks, fixed price
Start with an AI Snapshot or an AI Blueprint. Each has a defined scope and a written deliverable.
You get: A report or policy your team can use right away.
3. Ongoing support
Three-month minimum
Product & AI Leadership: weekly working sessions, a monthly roadmap and governance review, async access and one defined deliverable each month.
You get: Steady senior product judgment, without a full-time hire.
